Terms of use

This page is a starting draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

FitMyPhoto is provided free of charge, as is. We take rules from official sources and check every file before you download it, but forms and notices change. You are responsible for checking that your file meets the rules of the form you submit it to.

Do not use FitMyPhoto to alter identity documents or photos in ways an authority forbids. The tool only crops, resizes, converts and compresses.

The site's design, text and code belong to FitMyPhoto. Copying the site or its preset database for a competing service is not allowed.
